Friday was May May's last day in Kiddoland. Last day for her practicum I mean, coz she will be coming back in June. Hahahaha... Poor May May. Guess you were not happy at all though it was your last day. Anyway, she didn't even bother to bring her stuffs home, and left everything on her table.
Here's the master and her disciple.
Here's the disciple and her noisy neighbour. *bleah*
Friday was also the day when Sis flew back to London. =( Here's us sending her off in the airport.I suddenly realised that Sis's bag has a very good colour combination with the orchids in the background. Wow! We really know which spot to choose for photo taking huh. Hehe...
Anyway, I'm gonna blog about my eerie experience at a police post on Friday.
Kiddoland lost a laptop 2 months ago and as teacher-in-charge for the AVA CCA, I gotta make police report with my HOD and another teacher-in-charge (YJ). So, after work on Friday, we went to a police post near our kiddoland to make this report. There was only 1 officer in the police post. (Really short-handed huh?)
The police gotta take statements from my HOD, before taking statements from me. My HOD went first, before my turn came. Anyway, the whole process was ultra long. We reached the police post at 6.15pm, and by the time my turn came to take the statements, it was already 7+pm. During the whole duration of this time, there was an ah ma (grandma) sitting quietly at the side waiting for her turn.
After finished typing my statements, the police officer turned the computer screen towards me to let me read through my statements. Just as when I read till the last paragraph (mind you, there were quite a number of paragraphs to read), the police post suddenly BLACKOUT!!!!!!!!
The first thing that the police officer said was that "Do you know this place is haunted?" OMG!!! He mentioned that it never blackout at that particular police post. So it made me wonder was it because I was the jinx, or was it bcoz YJ and I jinxed each other. Hahaha... Choy Choy Choy.
Anyway, the officer didn't know where was the power box, and took an ultra long time searching for it. And YJ and I just sat there quietly waiting for the officer to find the power box.
YJ: Se-Ka-Li this police post never exist before.
Minni: *enlarged eyes* Pls don't scare me at this time.
Just then, the ah ma got up from her seat calmly and quietly, and went to look around the area to help look for the power box. YJ and I kept our eyes on her.
YJ: This ah ma exist or not?
Minni: *chill ran down my spine* PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
Each of us were carrying one bag of exam scripts back home for marking.
Minni: *grabing my bag of exam scripts tighly* Luckily you're here, else I would have run out of this place immediately. Oh yes, we must now hold on to our bag of exam scripts, so that if anything happens later, we can grab our bag and run. Cannot leave the exam scripts behind!
YJ: *rolling eyes*
After quite some time, the power came back again. And the officer gotta re-type my statements. OMG!!! Don't they have any auto-save system? Even blogspot got auto-save too.
Right after the officer on the computer, 2 calls came in, and both were without anyone talking at the other end. Then the officer said "See, I told you this place is haunted."
*faint*
We only managed to leave the police post at 8+pm. It's my second time visiting a police post throughout my 27 years of life (first time was when I report lost of IC), and was the longest and more unforgettable experience.
Alright, end of unhappy stuffs.
Minni and Darling went to collect our mini album, portrait, table-top photo and 48 copies of photos to be given away to relatives and friends. The big album is not ready yet.
Less than 2 months to go. Excited!
