Our long weekends

As mentioned, we cancelled our plan to go for short getaway over this long weekends. So what did we do?

On Saturday, we went Parkway Parade to go walk walk and buy some groceries before meeting parents-in-law for dinner.

While waiting outside the Popular, we saw many policemen there, with an EOD vehicle. By the way, EOD stands Explosive Ordnance Disposal. KPO us stood there for quite some time, wanna see what explosive items they had found. In the end, still nothing. =(

On Sunday, went Downtown East, coz Darling wanna go there and play Pool. He's crazy over playing Pool again coz of some variety show on cable tv. Piang. And poor me gotta accompany him whenever he got cravings for Pool.

I made dinner for that day.

Made this Japanese curry from a packet sauce bought from Muji. I added the ingredients and cooked it my way. Taste yummilicious!

Vege with fishcake. The fishcake was abit too salty. But the vege was yummy.

While cooking, I realised something around the cap area of my oyster sauce.

There's mould growing around this area. I checked the cupboard which I kept this oyster sauce in, there was nothing unusual. Can anyone tell me what happened?

The same thing was found at the cap area of my light soy sauce too. *cry cry* I spent quite some time cleaning it off and left both bottles in the fridge now.


We also changed the bedsheet of our bed. It was really really a hassle changing our king size bedsheet, especially when we couldn't reach the far corner of the bed. I left this difficult job to Darling, while I changed the pillow case and bolster case. Haha

Darling needed one more pillow, and so we used another pillow case which Zhu Zhu gave us. This actually comes in a pair.

Oh yes, I just bought a new bag a week ago. It was a reward to myself for working hard for the passed few weeks. Wahahaha... excuses again.

And this afternoon, just met our photographer to get our wedding actual day photos. Will be uploading them soon.

As for tomorrow, would be back to work work work. It's a great consolation that we do not have to go back to Kiddoland tmrw coz it's still holiday for us! WooooHooooo!
