Dinner for Darling

I kept my promise the other day about making dinner for Darling. But it came much later coz of my high fever last weekends. Nevertheless, I'm happy that Darling enjoyed the dinner. Hehe...

I made some nuggets, eggs, Campbell cream of chicken, and vege. It was my first time cooking vege, hence, didn't dare to cook alot just in case it didn't turn out well. But ended up, it was really quite tasty. Darling say my vege is the best out of the 4 dishes. Yay!


Verdict of the day: The soup is the worst among the 4 dishes. It was abit tasteless. So I think I would have to add abit of salt the next time round.

I told my mum I was going to cook dinner that day over the phone at 6pm. She mentioned I would only finish at 9pm since I started so late, and it was my first time cooking. But my mum was wrong! I finished everything at 7pm. Woooohoooo!

Alright, this kind of occasion would not come often. The cooking is one thing, the clearing up is the killer. Wait till I'm very very free before I step into the kitchen to cook again. Wahahaha
