Day 61 of Love Nest Reno

I'm getting more and more excited as more things are done for our love nest. Everytime we visit our love nest, Minni is so eager to see new things done. Here's more updates on Love Nest Reno.

Left kiddoland early on Thursday. Went Darling's house to change, before heading to Downtown East for his long-awaited movie, Clash of the Titans in 3D.
Anyway, not very impressive at all. Think Percy Jackson is better than this show. Haha...

Thereafter, went to our love nest to check on the progress. Our living room ceiling fan is ready. We specially waited for 1 more week for this KDK ceiling fan, coz it was out of stock islandwide when we bought it together with the lights.

Kitchen cabinet solid surface is done too.

Common bathroom accessories are ready. Love this mirror. =)

Master bedroom toilet accessories and shower screen are ready too, with the solid surface for vanity top done. 

Main gate is up! It's slightly blue in colour. Darling chose this design.

Clumsy Darling is still not very comfortable with using locks and keys, coz he doesn't need to use keys at his own house. Hahaha...

Went to Bugis yesterday to do some shopping. Bought our quilt and bedsheet from BHG. 

And Fu Lu Shou from Fu Lu Shou Complex. Took quite some time shopping around the Guan Yin Temple area before deciding to buy these.

Here's our cutesy bedlinen from Sintex. Not cheap though. Luckily BHG has got 20%+20% discount now. Original price was $318.40. After discount is $254.72. Pocket burned.  =(

Today marks Day 61 of our Love Nest Reno. Early in the morning, while Minni was still sleeping soundly, my man suddenly woke me up and said, " Dear Dear, the sofa will be here today from 10am to 2pm!" This happened at 10am. *faint* Hence, we had to quickly get ready and rushed down to new house. 

Reached our nest at around 11+am. Waited ultra long for the sofa to come. From 11+am all the way till 1+pm. Piang. While waiting, Darling played with my iPhone.

And finally finally, the sofa came!
Luckily we didn't choose the 4 seater one, else it wouldn't be able to fit in our living room.

And us enjoying our comfy sofa. Now you know who has already chopped the better seat. Hahaha...

While we were discussing where to go next, Darling's phone rang.
And it was the v.Hive delivery men who mentioned that they would reach in 20 minutes time. Then, we kept laughing at our blurness, coz we totally forgot that our study table would be delivered today too. As we only paid deposit, poor Darling gotta run out to withdraw money within 20 minutes. By the time he was back, he was super sweaty, and mentioned, "Dear, I think I need to work out more." Haahahahah...

Both of us have the same chair. Left a gap in between our tables coz we were thinking of putting a TV there. Yes, our nest would have 3 TVs, coz Darling didn't want my 26" LCD TV in our bedroom. He said that my TV was too small, and decided to buy a 32" last week.  =(  Hence, my 26" LCD would be in the study room.

End of Day 61. More stuffs would come in the following weeks. And cleaning would have to start real soon.
