Hotel hunt

After Bridal Shop hunt...

After Fengshui Master hunt...

After photographer hunt...

After flat hunt...

It's now Hotel hunt...

All of the above-mentioned went on quite smoothly, we were quite happy with the deals we get, except for this hotel hunt, we're quite stuck with our decision.

Yesterday was our first hotel hunt day. Been reading up on forum and looking through hotel banquet catalogues for the passed 2 months. Only yesterday then got appointment to meet with 2 hotel's wedding coordinators.

We had appointments with the Marina Mandarin and Novotel. And after some last minute recommendations from Darling's friend, we went over to Swissotel Merchant Court too.

We rushed over from Marina Mandarin to Novotel, and settled our lunch at Liang Court.
Out of the 3, we love Merchant Court the most. From the deco, to the ambience, to the price, to the perks, to the location, to the service, to the reception area, we love its every single bit. BUT BUT BUT... it doesn't have our date of wedding available. *cry cry cry* Blame it on us for starting our search so late. Arghhh... Too bad, we cannot hold our banquet there. So now, we only left with Marina Mandarin and Novotel.  =( I was quite affected for the rest of the afternoon for not able to hold our banquet at Merchant Court. But no choice, it's fated. Mandarin and Novotel are equally good too. =)

Thereafter, was movie at Iluma. To make myself happier, we fed ourselves with some ice-cream.
"Find Happiness Within". We like their slogan.

Movie Review: Fighting

Rating: 2/10 Nacho chips

Low rating coz firstly, violent shows are not my cup of tea. Secondly, the story was abit slow and draggy. Thirdly, the show didn't live up to its name, with only pathetic few scenes of actual fighting. Fourthly, I was still very disturbed by the fact that I couldn't hold my banquet at Merchant Court. Haha...

So, that was how we spent our 1 day of hotel search.

Side-track abit. Ever since we've got Wii, we're practically spending everyday playing with it. We just spent 1 hr playing the Wii Sports Resort. Love it to bits!

Darling challenged me in the 100 pins bowling. Yes, 100 pins! Haha... Results was, I win him by 1 point. The 2 Minni-s you see below are me and Darling, we were just too lazy to create one more character.

In the end, he was super determined to beat me. And he did it. He got so so so many strikes in the second round, and he beat me high score. =(

Alrighty, my piggy Darling is sleeping now. I'm gonna go take nap too before hellish week at kiddoland starts again. Ta-ta
